Ramaphosa had to use police to force to enter his home town, after community blocked him.

The President of the republic of South Africa who’s also the president of the ruling party, African National Congress (ANC) together with alliances, president Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa had also joined local government elections campaigns.

He decided to take advantage of Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) registration weekend to recruit people to register to vote and also recruiting them to vote for ANC by the date of elections.

Although president Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa was born in Venda, he was groomed in SOWETO and that is were he spent most of his life time residing there.

President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa decided to Kickstart election campaign in his Hometown SOWETO but it was unfortunate for him that residents in Naledi SOWETO rejected him by blocking ways and he had to use police force to enter.

President Ramaphosa was greeted by protesting Naledi residents who complained about lack electricity in their area.
